What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

Do you ship outside of U.S?

At this time we only offer shipping within the U.S. and Puerto Rico, however, we are working hard to bring our products to international markets.

How will my order ship?

At this time we only ship via USPS or UPS.

For your convenience, both shipping methods include Tracking number, which will be provided in email notification as soon as your order ships, so you know exactly where your package is in transit.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our processing time is normally 3 to 4 days (excluding Holidays & Weekends), which may vary depending on the size of your order. This timeframe is in addition to the time your package is in transit.

If your order ships via:

USPS First Class: 3 to 5 business days.

USPS Priority Mail: 3 to 4 business days.

UPS Ground: 3 to 5 days

***Please note: Once your package is in the hands of USPS or UPS, we have no control over shipping time. Please consider that due to COVID-19 combined with inclement weather the USPS network is experiencing unprecedented delays***

What do I do if I need my order faster?

Please select priority shipping at checkout. Please note that we can't guarantee shipping time.

What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, you may contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777).

Can I place a large order for my Wedding, Corporate or Family Event?

Depending of the item, we may be able to fulfill large quantity orders. Please let us know the details of your inquiry here before placing your order.

Can you ship a gift on my behalf?

Of course! Please keep in mind that we only ship to the shipping address provided at checkout. No exceptions!

If your order contains our Resort Suitcase Boxes, please note that they will arrive unassembled, shipping these boxes assembled will cost you an outrageous amount of money.

Can you customize the Resort Suitcase Boxes for my event?

What do I do if I receive the wrong order or my order is incorrect?

In the case you have received a wrong order or with an error on our part, you have 72 hours after Delivery Date to notify us. Please send us an email at info[at]flamenkitaviajera.com and we will provide you with further instructions. We are unable to provide assistance outside of this timeframe.

Delivery Date Monday = Submit Claim by 11:59pm EST Thursday.

Delivery Date Tuesday = Submit Claim by 11:59pm EST Friday.

Delivery Date Wednesday = Submit Claim by 11:59pm EST Saturday.

Delivery Date Thursday = Submit Claim by 11:59pm EST Sunday.

Delivery Date Friday = Submit Claim by 11:59pm EST Monday.

Delivery Date Saturday = Submit Claim by 11:59pm EST Tuesday.

How is your Small Business Sustainable?

One of our business goals is to reduce our footprint when conducting business operations, every little step count and I am happy to report some of the steps we have taken to become more sustainable, we still have a long way to go but we are on route!

We use water activated shipping tape as much as possible. We do not use ink cartridges to print our shipping labels. We use GreenWrap to protect some of the products we ship out. We do not put tiny packages in triple the size boxes. We aim to be as paperless as possible. 

What measures are you taking in your small business during COVID19?

We care about keeping a clean and organized space, all of our products are handmade in an environment that is cleaned and sanitized every day. Additionally, our environment is smoke free.
