Shipping Policy

Shipping Method

We offer shipping within the U.S., including Puerto Rico, via USPS or UPS.

Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.

We ship via USPS First Class, Priority Mail or UPS Ground. For your convenience, all shipping methods include Tracking number, which will be provided in email confirmation as soon as your order ships, so you know exactly where your package is in transit.

Processing Time

All of our pieces are made to order, our processing time is currently 4 to 5 days (excluding Holidays & Weekends), depending on the size of your order. This timeframe is in addition to the time your package is in transit.

If your order ships via:

USPS First Class: 3 to 5 business days.

USPS Priority Mail: 3 to 4 business days.

UPS Ground: 3 to 5 business days.

***Please note: Once your package is in the hands of  USPS or UPS, we have no control over shipping time. Please consider that due to COVID-19 combined with inclement weather the USPS network is experiencing unprecedented delays***

Lost or Stolen Package

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, you may contact the USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777).
