ALL OF OUR ONLINE SALES ARE FINAL. Before placing your order carefully review all details, spelling, shipping address, colors, quantity etc.

Please understand that we do not mass produce our handmade goods, once you place your order, we start working on it and make it specially for you!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item or with an error from our part, so that we can evaluate the issue further.
